1. Base Hall Rates

Monday - Thursday $1400/$1700

Stage Rehearsals or load-in, scheduled show, not the same day (4 hour maximum)

3. Box Office Charges

(Box Office hours: M-F 9:30am-3pm - Walk-up, phone & 24 hour internet sales)

For-profit - Reserved or General Admission* .............................$1.50 per ticket printed

($500 minimum)

Not-for-profit - Reserved or General Admission* .......................$1.50 per ticket printed

($200 minimum)

*All Box Office rentals will incur a 3.5% fee for all credit card sales

4. Front of House Charges

FWPD Security (3 hours minimum, 1 officer minimum) ...........$25.00/hour/police officer

Housemen (2 housemen minimum) .....................................$15/hour/houseman

Ushers .............................................................................$15/hour/usher

(Promoters may supply their own ushers with prior management approval)

5. Stagehands

7. Deposit

Minimum of 50% of rental fees when contract is signed and rental application approved

Balance due 10 days prior to event (Balances may be deducted from Box Office sales)

All deposits are non-refundable

• Indiana sales tax applies to all rentals and equipment charges.

Not-for-profit organizations must provide certificate of tax exemption.
